Note: We're closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. All other national holidays rent at Saturday rates.

Wedding & Reception Package (8 Hours) (top^)
We strive to offer you a stress-free wedding, so our package includes: 3 hours for photographs, 4 hours for your wedding and reception, 1 hour to gather your belongings and check out (by 10 p.m.), plus 1 (complimentary) hour for rehearsal, at a time and date that works for the both of us. A non-refundable deposit of $750 ($500 for 2008) and a signed contract reserves your date.

Wedding-Only Package (3 Hours) (top^)
This package is tailored to the couple who wants to enjoy the beauty and serenity of a gracious garden wedding and then boogie the night away at another venue. This rental package is from 10 am to 1 pm and includes: 2 hours for photographs and 1 hour for your wedding, plus 1 (complimentary) hour for rehearsal, at a time and date that works for the both of us. A non-refundable deposit of $300 and a signed contract reserves your date.

Non-Wedding Event (4 or 8 Hours) (top^)
The open, airy gallery at The Farmhouse at The Cutting Garden comfortably seats 50 theater-style, or 40 at tables, and is ideal for any number of types of events, including parties or business meetings. Our Farmhouse, with its extensive gardens and grounds, has been described as the most intimate and refreshing "convention center" on the Olympic Peninsula. Just a relaxing ferry ride, plus a 55-mile scenic drive west of Seattle, and you will be transported to true mind-calming Northwest Country. A refundable $200 damage deposit and a signed contract reserves your date.
	2008/2009 Prices
	Low Season (Oct. - April)	$320 for 8 hours or $160 for 4 hours.
	High Season (May - Sept.)	Same as Low Season when booked on or after May 1st. Otherwise, same price as Wedding & Reception Package (see above.)

	We offer a large bouquet of premium flowers for $7.50.
